Join two-time national champion and elite cyclist Kevin Day, for a cycling experience you won’t forget. Whether you’re looking to advance to the most elite level of the sport or conquer your local trails with newfound courage and skillset to advance further in the sport; K-DAY has the tools and years of experience to guide you there.

Select a monthly program based on your desired needs or choose from a selection of private and group sessions.

In addition to skills coaching, you’ll be a part of the BrainStoke Ambassador program.
Riding bikes can open doors to incredible opportunities throughout your life. It’s a lifelong sport that builds health, wellness, and character; and offers challenges that are online any other. Through the time we spend together, we’ll talk a lot about training the most important muscle in our body. Our BRAIN. We’ll discuss what it takes to get through the STRUGGLE and share a ton of STOKE along the way.


BASIC

$150 per month **Discounted rate of $120 per month if signing up for a  3+ month commitment.

ON BIKE: 
+ 90-minute private coaching session with personalized instruction based on the rider’s skills and needs. Examples include but are not limited to: 

  • correct body position

  • bike handling for cornering

  • refining speed during climbing

  • managing small obstacles

  • descending techniques to increase safety 

  • effective body mechanics for technical trails   

OFF BIKE: 
+ 30-minute virtual or live support session to include but not limited to:

  • nutrition

  • general training/riding questions

  • race prep questions
    race or ride debriefing

  • basic fitness direction  

INTERMEDIATE

$250 per month **Discounted rate of $200 per month if signing up for a  3+ month commitment

ON BIKE: 
 + 3-hour private coaching sessions (2 x 90-minute sessions) with personalized instruction based on the rider’s skills and specific needs. Examples include but are not limited to: 

  • correct body position     

  • technical cornering including berms and hairpin switchbacks    

  • refining berm skills     

  • increased confidence on rough terrain with speed and control

  • descending techniques to increase the safety and effectiveness of body mechanics    

  • bike maintenance

  • managing small obstacles

  • descending techniques to increase safety 

  • proper bike fit.

OFF BIKE: 
+ 30 minutes of expert coaching in person or virtually to include but not limited to:

  • nutrition    

  • general training/riding questions   

  • race prep questions    

  • race or ride debriefing     

  • basic fitness direction   

ADVANCED

$350 per month **Discounted rate of $300 per month if signing up for a 3+ month commitment

ON BIKE: 
+5-hours private coaching sessions (4 x 75 min sessions) with personalized instruction based on the rider’s skills and specific needs. Examples include but are not limited to: 

  • all skills listed in the basic plan

  • all skills listed in the intermediate plan    

  • Increased technical abilities to include race tactics

  • Improving focus on scoping lines

  • Skilled education on understanding terrain before attacking dynamic riding skills like drops, jumps, wheel lifts, manuals, etc.

  • Technical skills to master drops, rock gardens, jumps, etc.

OFF BIKE: 
+ 60 min Nutrition & Expert Mindset coaching session

  • elite endurance race nutrition 

  • advanced practices such as visualization, meditation, recovery validation    

  • post-training mindset     

  • goal management    

2-Hour Group Skills Coaching

Only: $50 per person **minimum group size 3 max group size 6
