I designed this site to show­case and dis­cuss some of my most favorite aspects about cycling. My goal is to fea­ture arti­cles about regional and national bike rac­ing, trail infor­ma­tion, gear reviews, health and nutri­tion tips and bike main­te­nance and rid­ing tips. Also I wanted to include a fea­ture that SDAY (my wife) could share her insight on what it’s like being the sig­nif­i­cant other to a pro­fes­sional cyclist.

Over the past 18 years I’ve been rac­ing bicy­cles in and around Utah and across the Unites States. Dur­ing that time I’ve been for­tu­nate enough to be a part of many elite cycling teams and make great friends from all over the world. Through this expe­ri­ence I’ve also been able to see and ride in some pretty cool places, come across my fair share of mechan­i­cal issues and strug­gle with the stresses of and phys­i­cal demands of bicy­cle rac­ing. With all that in mind I wanted to share some of my advice and get yours, to share with good friends, fam­ily and those of you I don’t quite know yet. With that I hope to con­tribute and give back to an indus­try that has taken me to new places and helped make me the per­son I am today.
